How do I book a shoot?
You can contact me directly through the website to book a shoot. Once I have the property details, I’ll confirm availability, services, and pricing before scheduling.
What areas do you service?
I primarily service Barrie and surrounding areas. Travel outside this area may be available upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 2–3 days in advance when possible. Limited same-day or next-day availability may be available depending on schedule.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 12 hours for photography. Larger properties or additional services (video, virtual staging, etc.) may require additional time.
What is included in the photography service?
All real estate photography includes:
-Professional colour and exposure correction
-Vertical alignment and distortion correction
-MLS- and web-ready high-resolution images
-Usage is licensed for property marketing purposes.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. Drone photography is available where permitted by local regulations and weather conditions.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes. Virtual staging is available as an optional add-on and is ideal for vacant or lightly furnished spaces
Can I choose which photos are virtually staged?
Yes. You can select specific images for virtual staging after reviewing your gallery.
How are images delivered?
Images are delivered via a private online gallery where you can:

What are your payment terms?
Invoices are issued digitally and payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Can I use the photos for future listings or marketing?
The license covers marketing of the specific property. Extended or commercial usage can be arranged upon request.
What if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions are not ideal, we can reschedule or adjust the shoot time to ensure the best possible results.
Are floor plans available?
Basic Floor plans are included in every package. Additional options can be added to any package. (3d, dimensional, colour coding, etc)
